health: “Health and disease have the same source;
entities, which in suitable state, generate person, cause various
disorders in unsuitable state.”

HEALTH = happiness- prasanna, bliss, realization of what you are

balanced state of doshas, 7 dhatus, 3 malas- urine, feces, sweat, senses, circulation
respiration, elimination, agni-metabolism -
balance between mind, atman, and buddhi

anchor oneself in harmony of oneself <- that is perfect FREEDOM

we are always looking to anchor in someone else -- not depending on anyone else

inner harmony- staying in state of pure awareness

balance between prakruti and vikruti is health
Svastha- self enlightenment, self-realization, self knowing, self
understanding
sva- self stha- situated

blissful state of existence, bliss is not separate from the soul

bliss is not to be acquired, it is you/ joy, happiness, bliss- causeless

person who has established their consciousness, self in the pure awareness
